We tried to make it all the way through Texas, but at 11 pm, we were too tired to keep going.

Driving through the New Mexico National Forest was beautiful. The colors throughout the rocks were so vibrant!

Salty getting a taste of the fresh air as we do 80 down the highway.

When driving through Louisiana, I had to stop to get some true southern food. I had some gumbo and jalapeno crawfish cornbread.

I think the crawfish sandwich was a little too hot.

The sunsets after all the rain were well worth it.
