This ultimate 5 bedroom bayside beach house is located on a canal with a boat ramp and dock and is located only 3/4 of a mile from the beach. This home contains 4 stories, 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 2 powder rooms. Level 1 and level 2 are entertainment levels.
The 1st level has a game room with a pool table, wet bar, large screen tv, foosball table, Nintendo Game Cube and a Queen Sleep Sofa. There are also sliding glass doors which lead out to the deck & dock. 2nd level has kitchen with granite counter tops and tile floor, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, an office with a high-speed cable internet connection and a queen sleep sofa. This level opens to a screened in deck adjacent to the canal.
The second two levels are the bedrooms. Located on the 3rd level is one master bedroom with a sunk-in Jacuzzi tub and two other bedrooms both with full bathrooms. Also located on this level is the laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The 4th level has a second master bedroom with a sunk-in Jacuzzi tub and another bedroom with a full bath. Also on this level is a sunroom with a queen sleep sofa. From the 4th level you can access the sun deck which offers great views of the canal. CLEANING FEE APPLIES TO STAYS OF 2 NIGHTS OR LESS.
