PGA National Champion Course
Architect: Tom and George Fazio Opened: 1981 18 hole par-72
The most renowned of PGA National's golf courses, The Champion hosted the PGA Seniors' Championship from 1982 to 2000. Jack Nicklaus toughened up the original layout in 1990 and the course boasts three of the ten most difficult holes on the Senior Tour. The Champion course just had a 4.1 million dollar renovation which was completed in December 2002. The Champion is a definite "must play" for our golf guests.
This is a Stay and Play property. As of December 1, 2004 all foursomes will be provided with caddie service.
