Located on the shores of Mirror Lake in beautiful Lake Placid, The Golden Arrow is the only full service resort in Lake Placid with all non-smoking guest rooms. Guests are made to feel at home as all deluxe rooms provide refrigerators, coffee makers, clock radios, ironing boards, hair dryers, in-room movies, nintendo, and wireless internet access. All deluxe lakefront rooms above the ground level have private balconies. Ground level rooms have glass doors that open onto patios. On-site amenities include complimentary full-service Health Club with aerobic and weight equipment, racquetball court and, heated indoor pool with sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Charlie's Restaurant offers a variety of dining choices and The T-Bar and Roomer's Nightclub are open daily. In addition to a recreation room that includes billiards, ping pong, foosball and darts, there are dog sled rides and a private skating rink available behind the hotel on Mirror Lake (weather permitting). The Golden Arrow does offer pet friendly rooms for an additional fee. The Golden Arrow is the only Environmentally Friendly resort in Lake Placid.
