The Palace Theatre fits in very well to gorgeous Market Street in Corning, NY. This area is full of restored turn-of-the-century buildings, unique eateries, fun boutiques, and lots of space to walk and enjoy the atmosphere. The Palace shows many recently released movies but what makes them special (besides the great local artwork in the lobby and the wonderful people who work there) is that they often show artistic and independent films that aren't shown anywhere else in the region. Definitely worth a visit!
