Each home features an open floor plan with archways, bay windows, gas fireplace, ceramic tile flooring, large walk in closets, and a fully stocked gourmet gas kitchen. One, two, and three bedroom homes available. The largest three bedroom floor plan spreads across nearly 1800 square feet, surrounding you in luxury. Front door to Tuscan Villa on the left. Windows face west.This is a gated community, private and secure. The complex has a campus feel with green space and water features separating the buildings. Relax in the hot tub or fountain pool. Have a poolside cookout in the covered grill room. The adjacent club house is well appointed, including a baby grand player piano, and a separate fitness room.
