The Doylestown James A. Michener Art Museum, opened in 1988, is named for Doylestown's most famous son, the Pulitzer-Prize winning writer and supporter of the arts, James Michener. The museum houses one of the best public collections of Pennsylvania Impressionist paintings in the world as well as regularly changing special exhibitions.

The New Hope Museum is a 5,000-square foot satellite facility located at Union Square, in the heart of the historic arts colony of New Hope, Pennsylvania in Bucks County.
