Frenchtown is a small town located in the rolling hills of rural Hunterdon County NJ. It is not your typical tourist destination. Frenchtown is very laid back, arty and eccentric.

It is a popular destination for biking, hiking, tubing on the Delaware River, skating and bowling.

For shopping there are about 30 stores in the historic downtown shopping district that cater to visitors. These stores range from art galleries to candy stores.
