Ann Arbor City
This community-focused, northeast Ann Arbor subdivision features newer homes built between 1997 and 2006. Though just four miles from downtown Ann Arbor off Dhu Varren Road between Nixon Road and Pontiac Trail, Foxfire’s borders contain scenic tree-lined streets, wetlands, ponds and parks that draw on nature’s beauty and give the neighborhood a secluded feel.
Foxfire’s 363 homes mainly include two-story models with walkout lower levels, though 1.5-story models are also available. Spacious properties range from 1750 to 3500 sq ft and can have up to two-thirds of an acre of land. Homes generally feature four bedrooms and three baths. Many lots back up against sweeping open fields or wooded areas.
Commuting from Foxfire to downtown Ann Arbor is a breeze thanks to city bus service and the neighborhood’s close proximity to US-23 and M-14. University of Michigan’s north campus and medical centers are a short drive away, while Domino’s Farm and Leslie Park and Golf Course are also close by. Residents can walk to Dhu Varren Park, a 13-acre nature center featuring unpaved trails, beautiful wooded areas and wetlands.
Students attend acclaimed Ann Arbor Schools: Logan Elementary, Clague Middle, and Skyline High School.
