Arbor Oaks, a charming wooded neighborhood, is situated less than four miles southeast of the University of Michigan central campus's in Ann Arbor. Bordered by Stone School Road to the west and E. Ellsworth Road to the south, the subdivision also offers residents convenient access to I-94, US-23 and the shops and dining at Briarwood Mall.
Designed to accommodate families of various sizes, Arbor Oaks features mainly ranch-style properties ranging from 834- 1592 square feet. Built between 1970 and 1992, homes typically feature 2-4 bedrooms and 1-4 baths. Many homes also include basements or garages.
In addition to their close proximity to downtown Ann Arbor, Arbor Oaks residents also take advantage of plenty of areas to play. Arbor Oaks Park, located near the center of the neighborhood, features a playground, basketball court, pathways and trails, open fields, and picnic tables.
