Brookside is a popular southeast Ann Arbor subdivision located off Eisenhower Parkway and Stone School Road. The community features mainly ranch-style homes with 2-4 bedrooms and 1-2 baths. Homes range from 720 to 1,514 sq. ft. and come with either full or partially finished basements. Most properties include one or two car garages.
Residents can walk or bike the three-mile route to downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan, and also enjoy convenient access to Arborland, Briarwood Mall, and other services and amenities along I-94 and US-23.In addition to the excitement of surrounding downtown Ann Arbor, there is no shortage of recreational activity within the Brookside community itself. Homeowners of all ages take advantage of two large nearby parks: Buhr and Mary Beth Doyle. The former offers tennis courts, swimming pools, an ice skating rink, and plenty of open areas for sledding and outdoor play, while the latter features walking and biking trails, basketball courts, a playground, and picnic areas.
