The Woodlands subdivision is located in Northeast Ann Arbor. The Woodlands features luxury homes built in the 1980's and 1990's, offering 3500-6500 square feet floor plans, 1/2 acre or more on private wooded lots, and 2-3 car garages. The community features contemporary styles and are either Colonials or Two-Story. Most have finished basements and some have walk-outs. Located north of Glazier Way and east of Huron Parkway on the northside of Ann Arbor.
Gallup, Furstenburk and Ruthven Parks, the Huron River, and Nichol's Arboretum are all within walking or biking distance of the community, and the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor are a quick bike or drive away.
Students attend highly rated Ann Arbor Schools: King Elementary, Clague Middle, and Huron High School. Ann Arbor Schools, King Elementary.
