James B. Gotts neighborhood was originally designed in the early 1900s is located on the Westside of Ann Arbor off of Miller. Homes were builts mainly in the early 20th century and include ranch styles, two-story and cape cod styles. Tree-lined streets and walking/biking distance to downtown and University of Michigan's main campus make this area especially desirable. Many lots sit on Allen's Creek.
