Garden Homes Park is located off Miller and N. Maple Rd. in Ann Arbor, MI. This established subdivision is less than three miles from Ann Arbor's downtown area and offers a semi-rural lifestyle plus all of Ann Arbors conveniences and amenities.
Like many northwest Ann Arbor neighborhoods, Garden Homes Park offers a leafy, spread-out community of single-family homes. The neighborhoods more traditional properties, built between 1924 and 1988, features 770 to 3,500 sq. ft. floor plans with 2-7 bedrooms. Newer, two-story homes constructed between 2001 and 2013 feature 3-4 bedrooms with open floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 2,400 sq. ft.
