Planterra Ridge

Golf

Planterra Ridge is another extension of the Peachtree City cluster of courses, along with Braelinn and Flat Creek. An 18-hole facility designed by Rocky Roquemore and Jeff Burton in 1994, Planterra Ridge is a beautiful golf course with many scenic holes to its credit. This spectacular course is known for having both the best layout and views in the area. The undulating greens, demanding tee shots, and tree-lined fairways create a beautiful and enjoyable challenge for both novice and experienced players alike. Planterra features a large, double-sided driving range with both mat and grass hitting areas, targets, and premium range balls, as well as a short game practice area.

Atlanta, GA Golf Vacations by Golf Zoo

Dubbed as the seat of the New South, Atlanta graciously followed the path to being a cosmopolitan gem of the Southeast without leaving its rich history behind. A highly urbanized metropolitan capital, that has the largest convergence of the nation's giant companies, home to international luminaries including the Inside CNN Studio Tours, World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, High Museum of Art and the impressive host of practically 60 acclaimed golf courses in and around the city. The beautiful topography and the humid subtropical climate of Atlanta assure golf to be a pleasant experience in a city that is magnificently settled atop the ridge over Chattahoochee River.
