Community action agency providing a wide variety of social services including HIV/AIDS prevention projects, information, referral and direct services in housing, HUD counseling, homeless shelter, pre-school center, weatherization, employment, drug prevention/education and emergency services. Also available is a mobile resource center to improve accessibility to HIV/AIDS and related health services. Expanded services include HIV/AIDS education, counseling, testing, drug abuse information and referrals.
