Food For All
The chapter plans to develop a series of workshops focusing on the selection, culture, harvest and preparation of vegetables and fruits suitable for small scale home production. As part of the plan, students will develop a trial garden space at the school using several different planter variations which could be replicated by families with limited access to garden space. Using the trial garden spaces, students will conduct summer workshops for families using a hands-on learning style.
