19th Annual Wildlife Habitat Restoration

Earth Week Event

10,000 Trees for the Rouge
April 27th 2008 9am-3pm
North side of Donald Cousens Parkway just east of the 9th Line

Everyone is invited to dig in and plant trees to help restore wildlife habitat within the Rouge River watershed. No experience required - just be prepared to get a bit dirty and have fun. Come any time after 9 a.m. Waterproof footwear recommended. Dress for the weather. If you have a shovel and bucket please bring them. Thousands of trees and shrubs to be planted!
