Xeriscaping: Fad or Necessity?

For three out of the last four growing seasons Ontario has suffered periodic drought conditions. Xeriscaping, (low water gardening), using appropriate plants and practices, is fast becoming a necessity! This talk outlines helpful hints, gardening ideas and plants for successful Xeriscaping. A major emphasis is on creating a low maintenance scree bed. There will be a tour of the garden following the talk.
