Chidorigafuchi Park - Hanzomon
Location of the race precinct for the annual Tokyo English Lifeline 5k and 10k race.

Baine Douche sento
A runner-friendly sento -- pay, go inside and change into running gear (be careful to put your shoes outside first), leave your key with the attendant, go for your run, and come back for a relaxing bath.

Sunday long runs in Yoyogi Park
Members of Namban Rengo meet here most Sundays at 9:00 a.m. to run loops of a 2.5 km course around the park. Choose a distance to your own liking.

Oda Field - Wednesday night intervals
Namban Rengo meets here at 7:20 for a 7:30 start to a one-hour interval workout. Format varies and runners can choose from two levels of difficulty. The last wednesday of the month is a 5-k time trial. Nearest stations JR Harajuku, Meiji-jingu-mae or Yoyogi-koen (both on Chiyoda Metro)

Yoyogi Hachiman sento
Some members of Namban Rengo meet here on Wednesday evenings before doing the interval workout at Oda Field or running in Yoyogi Park. Nearest Stations: Yoyogi-hachiman (Odakyu Line) or Yoyogi-koen (Chiyoda Metro).

In front of the main gates near Yotsuya Station is a popular place to meet to run this 3.3 km loop course.

The place for carefully well fit shoes, here they assess your running shoe needs by length, width, as well as 3D imaging measurement. Great for the foreign runner who finds it hard to find the right type of shoes because of large and or wide feet. Large selection of shoes with an average selection of running gear and some staff speak English.

This is the closest train access point to Oda Field. Head 130 m towards the large road, cross and turn left at the Police Box. Walk up the hill until you see the track. Go around to the far side of the track and turn right. Walk to the far end to find the entrance.

Located a little north of Tokyo just outside JR Akabane Sta., Keihin Tohoku and Saikyo Lines. Small selection of running shoes is a disappointment but they do have a large selection of general running/sports clothing at very good prices. A 5% kids, student and team discount card available.

For bargain hunters this store has a large selection of running shoes and clothing at reduced prices. This is a general large chain sports store so don't expect too much from the staff and no shoe-fitting service.

The Gaien Art Gallery Loop is a nice little 1.325 km flattish loop with markers every 100m. Ideal for those grind out tempo or interval pace runs.
