Alexandria came to East Cambridge Planning Team last night to make their first presentation on the East Cambridge project. THEY OWN 12 ACRES HERE.They want to get the zoning of their property changed. They want the building hight that is allowed for housing under ECAPS for their commercial buildings. The major amenity they are offering is 1.75 acres of land for a public park.
