Also known as Crookneck. This is the best viewing area of the mountain. There is NO CLIMBING due to falling rocks.

Hard to find track beginnings and not a maintained track.
Mount Coolum
Moderate to High level fitness required to climb a maintained track that may be slippery when wet, burning when hot or dangerous with loose rocks. Take Caution.
Rustic Cabin Rest Area
Bus Interchange and Overnight Rest Area. Nice off highway spots for cars and motorhomes and caravans. Overnight stays only. A couple of nice forest walks and restaurant on site. (AWESOME WOODFIRED PIZZA)
