On the 17 of November, we visit the center of Sao Paulo. We were with our history, geography, and economy teachers. We left the school at eight and a half, and we came back at four o'clock.

Praça da Sé
The Praça da Sé is above the subway station named after it. We didn't really saw it, because we were in a great hurry.

Liceu Santos Dumont

Chakara Klabin Subway Station
It took us nearly half an hour to enter in the subway railcar: we were more than sixty students.

Ana Rosa Subway Station
The Ana Rosa subway Station is the place where we change line. It's really like any other subway station.

Praça da Sé Subway Station
The Praça da Sé Subway Station is located above the Sé Square. It is the biggest and the most important subway station in São Paulo. I thunk that it was quite impressive.

Pátio do Colégio
I really didn't like the Patio do Collegio, because there were no hiatorical things. For an european, histiory is çore than a century ago.

Bovespa
We saw a presentation of the stock exchange. I didn't like it, because there was too much advertising. Excepting this, it was quite nice: we saw a 3D film about the stock exchange, a simulation of a sale of stocks, and we leanrt the story of the Bovespa.

Edifício Martinelli
I think it was an awful building. In Sao Paulo, no architectural style fits with anothers. The constrasts in the city may please some, but personnaly I don't like it.

Predio Sede Banespa
This is the highest building of São Paulo, after the building Italia. When we arrived at the top, I was disappointed, because I thunk it would be higher.

Igreja São francisco de Assis
I thunk the church of São Fransisco de Assis, that we visited in the afternoon, was quite nice. The only problem is that we waited more than half an hour to visit it during ten minutes.

Lycée Santos Dumont
This is our school. We had to be there at eight o'clock. The teachers verified if everybody was there, and at eight and a half we went to the subway station.

Confeitaria Evian
We ate at the Confeitaria Evian. The food was O.K. .
It had the advantage of being behind the Bovespa.

Place of the Franciscan tea
We saw the franciscans offering tea and bread to poor people. It think it was really a good thing.

São Bento subway station
We arrived from there, in a narrow street, near Martinelli building. There were poor people eating rotten fruits. Comparing their poverty with the arrogant buildings involving people with tuxedos, we can see how much São Paulo is a city of equality!
