Refuge headquarters is located at 6 Plum Island Turnpike (Rolfe’s Lane), Newburyport , MA, right before the bridge to Plum Island. It is directly across the road from the Massachusetts Audubon building. Currently, the exhibit area is not completed, but the administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am-430 pm.
