Very similar to Pho Hoa Bihn (which I've added to this map, with a more detailed description), but, in my heart and mind, a secondary choice next to Pho Hoa Bihn.
Vietnamese food, decent atmosphere, reasonable prices, with a nice selection of vegetarian/vegan menu items. It's pretty good but usually only eat there if Pho Hoa Bihn is closed, especially since the two restaurants are VERY close to each other in their locations.
